Children – For children 6-8 years old, this program introduces basic Tae Kwon-Do techniques in an atmosphere which combines playfulness with discipline. The classes are 45 minutes long, and students may arrive up to 15 minutes early for individual practice and warm-up.

Youth – For children 9-11 years old, this program places emphasis on improving technique and achieving goals, as well as development of self-control. The classes are 45 minutes long, and students may arrive up to 15 minutes early for individual practice and warm-up.

Adult – The Adult Program is for ages 12 years old and up.  This class offers highly aerobic, strength-building workouts which develop fitness, coordination, speed and flexibility, along with improved focus and concentration. The classes last 60 minutes, and students may arrive up to 15 minutes early for individual practice and warm-up. Adult students 50 years and older may also take the Senior classes.

Senior - For ages 50 years and up who are not physically ready or able to train in the regular Adult Program.  Senior Students learn the same TaeKwon-Do techniques and forms as they would in the regular Adult Program classes, but at a slower pace, and with no jumping.  You will develop strength and vitality through the practice of TaeKwon-Do in a friendly, supportive environment.  Because this is a Traditional (i.e. non-contact) style of TaeKwon-Do, this program is safe and healthful for adults of all ages and fitness levels.  The classes are 45 minutes, and students may arrive up to 15 minutes early for individual practice and warm-up.
